Accounting Officer

As our Accountant, you will be:

• Compiling and analyzing financial information and prepare entries to book of accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and documenting business transactions

• Processing BIR remittance payments

• Generating Financial Statement in preparation for external reporting and auditor's review

• Processing payments for permits and licenses

• Payroll processing

• Financial Reporting

• Processing of remittances/ contributions to government agencies

• Reviewing, investigating, and correcting errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports

• Coordination with banks, external stakeholders, and international partners on any financial related concerns.

• Coordination with Operations Team and ensures correctness of duties and tax computation

• Establishing Accounting policies to ensure the department is aligned with the company’s mission and vision

Qualifications and training required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

CPA is a huge advantage

At least 3 years leadership experience

Willing to travel and be assigned in Clark Freeport, Pampanga
