What they need
- Responsible for reviewing and validating accounts payable, monitoring disbursements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments, including oversight of online banking transactions.
- Manages accounts receivable by evaluating project billings, tracking collections, and reporting financial status to support business targets and decision-making.
- Manage tax, banking, legal coordination, and overall accounts management to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficient financial operations.
- Serves as the primary liaison with external accountants for the preparation of ITR and AFS, and manages BIR-related matters including audits, assessments, and issue resolution.
- Coordinates with banks on corporate transactions and acts as a link between executive management and legal counsel.
