Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivables;
• Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and bank reconciliation;
• Responsible for the full set of accounts for head office and its subsidiaries to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and group policies;
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to provide accurate and timely financial reports;
• Perform intercompany reconciliation across global entities;
• Participate in statutory audits and liaise with external auditors;
• Handle any ad-hoc assignments as required;

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; freight forwarding or logistics experience is highly preferred;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage;
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Strong analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills and strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• More experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer;
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
