Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Site Admin to comply with payment documents.
• Record account payable and expense transactions in the company's system.
• Prepare withholding tax report.
• Provide withholding tax certificate to vendors.
• Day to day management of accounting and financial transactions and procedures.
• Manage monthly credit card company statements (summarize and collect receipts).
• Prepare and file withholding tax, including PND.3, 53, 54, PP.30, PP.36 to the revenue department and ensure that all submissions are completed within the timeline.
• Prepare complete supporting documents to all transactions and documents filing.
• Inventory physical count (if any).
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master degree of Accounting or Finance or related fields.
• At least 2+ years of professional experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong background in accounting knowledge.
• Proficient in MS excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Open-minded, organizational, and teamwork skills are mandatory.
• Ability to communicate with other people with critical thinking.
