Accounting Officer

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounting Officer to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including billing, payments, reconciliations, accounting documents, and coordination with our external accounting firm.

You should be accurate, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable following up when numbers or documents do not match. Our external accounting firm handles statutory accounting and government filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Record invoices, bills, expenses, payments, and other accounting transactions.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, credit notes, and customer billing documents (วางบิล).
• Monitor customer payments and follow up overdue invoices.
• Prepare supplier, employee, KOL, and other company payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Record and reconcile sales, fees, refunds, and payments from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other channels.
• Maintain petty cash and employee reimbursement records.
• Prepare VAT, WHT, e-WHT, and supporting accounting documents.
• Coordinate with our external accounting firm and ensure required documents are complete and submitted on time.
• Follow up on missing tax invoices, receipts, WHT certificates, and other documents.
• Prepare basic cash-flow and upcoming payment information.
• Review key financial information and flag unusual transactions, overdue items, discrepancies, or upcoming issues to management.
• Support follow-up of unusual inventory adjustments or stock discrepancies when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Basic knowledge of AP, AR, VAT, WHT, tax invoices, and bank reconciliation.
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines independently.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, Thai retailer billing, Zoho, or online marketplaces is an advantage.
