Job Overview

In this role, will responsible for managing Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, executing General Ledger (GL) reconciliations, assisting with month-end closing processes, and preparing tax submissions in compliance with local regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Process billing, tax invoices, and debit/credit notes for retail counters, modern trade partners, and B2B clients.

• Monitor AR aging reports, follow up on overdue balances, and track collections.

• Reconcile daily customer payments, bank receipts, and credit card statements against internal system records.

General Ledger (GL) & Reconciliations

• Perform monthly GL account reconciliations (bank statements, AR schedules, prepaids, and accruals).

• Prepare and post journal entries, monthly accruals, amortizations, and inventory adjustments.

• Support fixed asset updates and verify ledger accuracy across departments.

Month-End Closing & Tax Compliance

• Support timely month-end financial closing processes and trial balance preparation.

• Prepare, reconcile, and submit monthly tax forms (PP30, PND 1, 3, 53) ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

• Reconcile Input/Output VAT registers against GL accounts prior to monthly submissions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience: 1–3 years of direct experience in AR, GL, and local Thai tax compliance (Retail, FMCG, or Food industry background is a plus).

• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Express, SAP, Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Excel.
