Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily accounting operations

2. Handle daily client funds segregation, daily / monthly trust reconciliation and daily / monthly FRR report

3. Support daily client enquires, monitor clients’ transaction, and other trading service-related duties

4. Assist in internal control and financial audit

5. Assist in office administration work

6. Maintain strong relationships with banking networks and address operational queries

7. Handle ad-hoc projects as required

Job Requirements

1. Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

2. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably gained from SFC-licensed corporations or financial institutions

3. In-depth understanding of SFC regulatory frameworks, client money segregation, financial resource compliance and licensed corporation reporting obligations.

4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages

5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)

6. Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong sense of responsibility and integrity
