We are looking for dedicated ACCOUNTING OFFICER!

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting, audit or in a similar role is preferred,
• CPA Passer is a Plus.
• Familiarity in Accounting Software and Accounting Principles.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates responsibility in meeting deadlines and ensuring accurate and complete documentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
• Maintain records of financial transactions, summarizing them for reporting purposes.
• Knowledgeable in ERP System.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure transactions are posted correctly.
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company policies and external regulations.
• Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and reports from the ERP system.
• Assist in the preparation of departmental budgets and forecasts, utilizing ERP data.
• Provide support to Accounting Supervisor and other staff in their duties as needed.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday ON-SITE (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
