Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing accounting duties, daily accounting functions including accounting data input, bank reconciliation, cheque payments and accounts receivable for Kwai Tsing District Health Centre (DHC Core) and Satellite Centres.
• Assist with financial and accounting operation, budgeting and reporting on financial matters and internal financial control of DHC Core and Satellite Centres.
• Assist in the implementation of accounting system and payment system complying with the operation guideline, audited financial statements and internal audit reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assist in annual audits and the preparation of audit schedules.
• Assist in other accounting related and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• 2 years’ relevant experience is preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good team player with initiative and good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English
