Accounting Officer

About the Role!

We are looking for an Accounting Staff to support our daily accounting operations and ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. This role will work closely with the Accounting, Finance, and Tax teams and provide exposure to accounting processes, financial closing, taxation, and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions into the accounting system, including general journal entries, cash/bank transactions, sales, and purchases.
• Verify the completeness and validity of transaction documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Compile and provide supporting documentation for both internal and external audits.
• Input and validate tax-related data, including PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT, and monthly or annual tax filings (as required).
• Maintain well-organized and properly archived accounting records and documentation to ensure accessibility and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Open for fresh graduates
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.
