Accounting Officer

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports accurately and on time.
• Perform month-end closing activities and ensure completeness of accounting records.
• Conduct General Ledger (GL) reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Analyze financial data and provide reports to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or related fields.
• Experience in the banking industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Familiar with General Ledger, account reconciliation, and month-end closing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
