Accounting Officer

(This is a fixed-term contract position of 12 months)

(Candidate with less experience and qualification can be considered for the post of Assistant Accounting Officer)

You Will Be Responsible For

• supporting the preparation of monthly financial reporting and schedules in a timely and insightful manner;
• supporting the Finance Department operation in accounts revenue and providing general accounting support;
• supporting the daily sales and receivable reconciliation;
• supporting the annual audit by preparing various supporting schedules for the audited financial statements;
• supporting the financial reporting revamp;
• supporting other ad hoc duties when required; and
• performing any other duties from time to time as the Authority may reasonably direct.

You Should

• possess a recognised university degree in finance, accounting or equivalent;
• have 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or auditing, preferably gained in a multinational/large organisation;
• preferably have good skills in using financial / accounting applications and computerised accounting systems (e.g. excel, Oracle, SAP etc.);
• be detail minded and have good interpersonal skills; and
• be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
