Accounting Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or any equivalent courses
• Preferably with at least 4 to 5 years of experience
• Computer literate, particularly adept with MS Excel basic function
• Willing to work in Quezon City

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To assist the Legal Head in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance / Legal Department
• Manage and maintain documents and requirements for business processing.
• Maintain and process updating of corporate records with banks.
• Process and monitor renewal of insurance cover for company assets.
• Prepare statement of accounts for collection of service rendered to clients.
• Encode monthly sales generated from POS and inventory level for stock insurance.
• Prepare and review legal documents and contracts.
• Exhibit an excellent sense of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Performs other tasks as assigned
