Accounting Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle full set of books independently and oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Prepare breakdown schedules, cash flow statement, and regular accounting reports.
• Manage monthly payroll processing and related disbursements for approximately 20 Mainland China staff.
• Assist the accounting team in external audit preparations, tax filings, and annual budgeting data preparation.
• Collaborate with the administrative department on fixed asset management, including calculating depreciation and preparing related provisions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience. A combination of audit firm and commercial experience is highly preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Chinese word processing. Hands-on experience with Yonyou ERP system is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently to meet tight schedules. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediately available or available on short notice is highly preferred.
