Accounting Officer

ELITE CONCEPTS is one of Asia's leading hospitality groups. Today the company has operations in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Taipei. To plan and develop our people element to complement our growth, we are now looking for talents as Accounting Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and receipts;

Prepare and maintain accurate ledgers and financial records;

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements;

Verify and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders;

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems;

Support month-end and year-end closing activities;

Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring;

Maintain and update vendor and client accounts;

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations;

Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation;

Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.

Job Requirements

Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred;

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or in a similar role; preferably with experience working in F&B or hospitality industry;

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices;

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications;

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;

Analytical thinking and problem-solving;

Time management and multitasking abilities;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

Good communication skills;

Good command of English and Chinese.
