EcoSun Microgrids Inc. is looking for a BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTING STAFF

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions and bookkeeping records.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare Sales Invoices, Purchase Orders, Payment Vouchers, Receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain accurate General Ledger, subsidiary records, and financial files.
• Monitor income, expenses, collections, payments, and cash flow.
• Prepare basic Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, and monthly/annual accounting reports.
• Assist in BIR reports, tax compliance, and required supporting documents, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Perform other accounting and bookkeeping duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles, Debit & Credit, bookkeeping procedures, and BIR requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage deadlines.
• Available to start anytime.
• Willing to work onsite at 2A Congressional Ave., Brgy. Bahay Toro, Quezon City.
