We are a long established Family Office located in Sheung Sha Wan and are looking for an accounting professional to perform corporate accounting functions.

Accounting Officer

Key responsibilities:

• Handle general daily accounting transaction, payment vouchers & invoices
• Prepare all data required for financial report & monthly accounting closing
• Assist in year-end audit, tax reporting and liaise with external auditors
• Assist in treasury functions including cash flow management between various bank accounts and entities
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting/analytical tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant of HKICPA or equivalent
• Min. 4 years accounting experience, preferably auditing firm and/or PRC accounting exposure
• Proactive, details-oriented, conscious of meeting deadlines and work in dynamic environment
• Strong work ethic, with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good team-player with pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Proficiency in PC operation (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
• Good command in written of English & Chinese
