Key responsibilities
- Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and financial records
- Maintain organized and updated accounting files and records
- Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules
- Support tax and government compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
