Accounting Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related course

• With 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the service or security agency (an advantage)

• Knowledgeable in accounting principles, financial reporting and basic tax compliance

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advantage skills preferred) and Microsoft Word

• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Can work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Willing to work in Quezon City

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, journals and accounting books

• Prepare financial statements, budget reports and management reports

• Process accounts payable and receivable, disbursements and collections

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper filing of documents

• Assist in tax compliance and government reportorial requirements (BIR, etc.)

• Support audit requirements and coordinate with external auditors

• Perform other accounting-related tasks as may be assigned

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
