Accounting Officer

• Prepare and issue monthly billing statements (association dues, utilities, penalties, etc.)
• Monitor and record tenant payments (cash, bank transfer, online payments)
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable and aging reports
• Follow up outstanding balances and coordinate with tenants on overdue accounts
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports (collection reports, income summaries, etc.)
• Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring
• Coordinate with property management and admin team regarding tenant concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Handle filing and documentation of financial records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (for tenant coordination)
• Organized and able to handle multiple accounts
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential financial information

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
