Accounting Officer

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and tax regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Record daily transactions and prepare journal entries.
• Process accounts payable, receivable, and payment requests.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Verify invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other supporting documents.
• Assist in tax filing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
• Monitor expenses and employee cash advances.
• Maintain organized accounting records and files.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• With at least 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and tax compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.
• CPA is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
