Job Description

We are hiring a meticulous Accounting Officer to manage financial records, daily bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, inventory auditing, and financial reporting for both Vino Bello and Faris Padel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily financial transactions, general ledger entries, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely payment to suppliers and accurate invoice tracking.
• Monitor and audit inventory counts for restaurant supplies, food/beverage stock, and sports equipment/merchandise.
• Assist with payroll preparation, government tax filings, and statutory contribution compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and expense summaries for management review.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and local accounting/tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or equivalent.
• At least 2–3 years of accounting experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or sports management facilities.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar systems) and MS Excel.
• Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws, BIR filings, and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
