Accounting Officer

About the role

The Group mainly operates a wine business and investment activities in Hong Kong. As a growing business, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our accounting team and support day-to-day finance and operational processes. Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to established procedures are essential. The position is based in Central.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance operations, inventory reconciliation, and reimbursement claims
• Perform routine accounting duties, including data entry, invoicing, and filing
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and year-end closing in accordance with company policy
• Support ERP and financial systems development and implementation to ensure accurate reporting
• Perform regular stock takes at the Hong Kong warehouse
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 years or above of accounting or auditing experience preferred
• Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy (or related discipline)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and hardworking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
