Accounting Officer / Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accurate accounting entries, timely collections, and effective follow-up on outstanding balances and discrepancies.
• Support credit control activities to ensure effective management of customer accounts, strengthen collection performance and efficiency.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and audit-related analysis.
• Generate insightful financial reports and dashboards, including overdue account analysis and collection performance reporting, to support business decision-making.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the digitalization and automation of finance processes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and undertake ad hoc assignments to support business and departmental objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting; Experienced candidates may be considered as Supervisor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge of Power BI, AI tools, and Python preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Capable of working independently and performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Mature, self-motivated, responsible, and proactive with a positive working attitude.
• Experience gained from a sizeable MNC is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to Mainland China when required.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
