About the Role:
We are seeking a General Accountant to join our team. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company’s financial operations.

• Working Day: MON - FRI (8.30 - 17.30)
• Type of hiring: Contract 3 months (after 3 months considered turn to permanent employee depend on performance)
• Location: Egis Group (BTS Pleon Chit)
• Base Salary: 30,000 - 33,000 THB
• Benefit: SSO, Group Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
• Excellent communication in both Thai and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Able to use accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Express) well be plus.
