Accounting Officer(Ref: YLDHC/AO)

Accounting Officer will be reporting to the Yuen Long District Health Centre (YLDHC) Accounting Manager and working independently in the following areas:

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounts payable and receivable function
• Handle full set of account including reconciliation of ledger accounts, month-end and year-end closing process
• Prepare financial analysis and management reports for management
• Assist other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting with 3 years relevant experience, or Associate degree / Higher Diploma with 5 years relevant experience;
• Good Command of both English & Chinese;
• Proficiency in accounting system and excellent skills in Excel is a MUST;
• A proactive, detail-minded, and efficient team player with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills;
• Preferably with relevant experience in non-governmental organization
• Working Location: Tin Shui Wai
