Work Description

BRS -

* All current accounts need to be reconciled at month end and to be tally with TB balance close the books.

* Jana account Recon, Vendor related payment and receipt transaction we need to reconsail on daily basis, need to check with rejections, landlord settlements, scrap sale receipts, vendor refunds, Emp refunds, IT asset loss refunds and Insurance commission.

* Vendor payment Recon, vendor related payments accounting need to track on daily basis

* Other Bank Employee F&F receipt accounting need to track

* Other Statutory payments funding and payment entries need to be track.

BRS MIS -

Need to prepare the BRS ageing MIS report for FORC

AR & Petty Cash Activity -

* Verifying & Processing PAN INDIA branch petty cash manual and expensing portal, Electricity payment for Landlord, look after head office petty cash, Digital petty cash, AR generate the invoice_commission and servicer fee ETC Vendor Code Creation in AR All HR statutory payments

Adhoc requirements -

* Invoice accounting and payment for AP team

* Payment validation on daily basis
