Accounting Payable Associate

What You'll Do :

• Prepare and process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review invoices and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization before processing.
• Check and verify details of invoices and supporting documents against relevant records.
• Follow up with users regarding outstanding advance settlements and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate and organized AP records and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper and timely filing of AP-related documents in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist the team in preparing supporting documents and information required for internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with relevant users and internal teams to resolve invoice or documentation discrepancies.
• Support other Accounts Payable and accounting-related activities as required.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or related field.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting is preferred.
• Experience using accounting systems/ERP.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions and documents.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to maintain accurate and timely documentation and filing.
• Good communication and follow-up skills when coordinating with users and internal teams.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
