Accounting Payables

Position Summary This position will manage and maintaining the company’s accounts payable function. You will handle tasks such as processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Create and take care of accounts payable master data
• Create and perform Banking Callbacks
• Account assignment / posting / Reviewing Incoming Invoices from third parties and Intercompany Invoices
• Accounts Reconciliations and clarify differences
• Consultation and Clarification with Purchasing Department
• Creating Debit and Credit Notes
• Create payment runs
• Calling for approvals according to the DLA
• Reconciliation Banks / Bank GL Accounts and posting of bank statements
• Reviewing Invoice Received / Goods Received
• Provide Data for SOX

Special Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounting Payables

• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently

• Strong PC and business systems knowledge.

• Very good IT knowledge, especially SAP FI/CO,

• Good Excel skills

• Team player that can work well with others and is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Business fluent English skills

• Business fluent German skills

• Interest in responsible and challenging tasks

Compensation Currency: EUR
