📢 We’re Hiring: Accounting & Payroll Specialist

📍 Location: City of Industry, CA 91748 (Onsite)

💼 Job Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll processing across multiple locations and states.
• Review timecards, process payroll adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and off-cycle payments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Coordinate payroll tax filings, W-2s, and year-end reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support general ledger, AP/AR, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Assist with P&L reviews and resolve payroll and accounting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure accurate payroll and accounting records.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience , including multi-state payroll.
• Experience independently managing full-cycle payroll.
• Knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Familiarity with payroll software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
