Accounting Position

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This applicant will be expected to juggle a host of busines matters and complete job functions efficiently and on-time. Experience in Quickbooks, Microsoft Suite and Google is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist with General Ledger Accounts Receivable and Outsourced Payroll
• Accounts Payable
• Back Up to Purchasing
• Maintain and Help manage Projects

Experience

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role within the finance sector.
• Strong background with Microsoft Word and Excel as well as some google sheets.
• Strong understanding of financial report interpretation and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation processes and payroll management.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Quickbooks, is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to forecast financial trends effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
