Accounting Project Encoder

The Accounting Project Encoder responsible for the accurate and timely encoding, recording, and maintenance of project-related accounting transactions and documents. The position supports the Accounting team by checking invoices, receipts, vouchers, expenses, and other financial records, assisting with reconciliation and reports, and ensuring that project accounting data is complete, organized, and compliant with company procedures.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Fresh graduates may be considered
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
