Accounting Protege

**Duration:**6 months

Responsibilities:

The Protege will perform the following functions for the Finance department:

Accounts Receivable

• Prepare expense summaries for intercompany (interco) billing.
• Maintain and update the monthly invoice listing.

Accounts Payable

• Code and enter supplier invoices into the accounting system.
• Process monthly staff expense claims.
• Arrange payments to suppliers and employees.
• Send payment advice to suppliers and staff.

General Ledger

• Prepare journal entries and maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Assist with the annual audit.
• Support corporate tax analysis and related documentation.

Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Recently graduated with a Degree in Accounting.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
