Accounting Receivables Supervisor

Major Responsibility

To oversee the Accounts Receivable (AR) team's operations by ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of sales and collection reports, maintaining compliance with financial controls, supervising staff performance, and supporting effective accounts receivable management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and ensure the timely submission of sales, bank reconciliation, e-sales, CMSR, and accounting journal reports.
• Consolidate and analyze sales data for management reporting and profit-and-loss (P&L) analysis.
• Review incentive computations, investigate discrepancies, and validate authorized deductions.
• Supervise, train, evaluate, and support the development of Accounts Receivable personnel.
• Ensure timely processing of POS permit applications, resolve store-related collection issues, and strengthen internal controls.
• Monitor the timely preparation of required reports and conduct regular team meetings to address issues, improve processes, and enhance performance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of supervisory experience in accounting or a similar role is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, time management, and communication skills, with advanced proficiency in computer software and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
