Accounting Reliever

Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. is urgently looking for a motivated Accounting Reliever who is excellent in multitasking and with exceptional analytical and time management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain up to date billing system. Generate and send out invoices.

• Follow-up on, collect and allocate payments.

• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Perform account reconciliation.

• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.

• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Assist or provide support to AP Officers and Accounting Associates as needed.

• Willing to travel when required.

Job Requirements:

• A Graduate of BS Accounting, BSBA Financial Management, Management Accounting or other related course.
• Relevant experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
