Accounting Representative

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and accounting practices, with a focus on maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely collections.

Duties:

• Generate and analyze financial reports detailing accounts receivable status.

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities.

• Conduct regular outreach to clients and vendors regarding payment status and updates.

• Provide updates and report to upper management regarding payment status of outstanding invoices.

Experience:

• Proficiency in basic accounting principles
• Experience with telemarketing or customer service
• Proficient in 10-key typing for data entry accuracy
• Strong phone etiquette for customer interactions
