Accounting Section Manager

Job Summary
Lead finance operations covering AP, AR, payroll, payment processes, master data acctivities. Drive accounting accuracy, process efficiency, internal controls, and continuous improvement while managing a small team and coordinating with regional/global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP, AR, payment, and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

• Manage customer, vendor, and bank master data, payment execution, posting periods, and related accounting processes.

• Lead payroll operations, including payroll calculation, reconciliation, tax, SSO, provident fund, and statutory reporting.

• Review and ensure compliance with Thai accounting, tax, payroll, and company policies.

• Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial and share service center KPI reports, identifying issues and improvement opportunities.

• Drive process improvement, automation, and change management across finance and payroll operations.

• Liaise with external parties including auditors, banks, Revenue Department, SSO, and payroll vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance operations, with exposure to AP/AR and payroll.
• Supervisory or team management experience; Accounting Manager/Assistant Accounting Manager level preferred.
• Experience in an MNC or shared service environment is preferred.
• Strong SAP skills.
• Strong analytical, accounting, and process improvement skills.
• Good command of English and Thai.
