Accounting Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements and support internal and external audit requirements.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager on monthly and annual ledger closing activities, including reconciliations.
• Handle contracts and rates; assist in daily quote and pricing activities, document preparation, filing, and coordination with finance and other teams.
• Contribute to financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Assist in regional consolidation and accounting for new country operations.
• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is highly desirable.
• 3 to 5 years experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, XERO, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and ability to work effectively as a team player.
