Accounting Senior Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily accounting operations of the assigned site.
• Review and verify accounting transactions, journal entries, and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate and updated accounting records and supporting documents.
• Monitor site expenditures and ensure compliance with approved budgets and company policies.
• Coordinate regularly with the VP-Finance and management regarding financial reporting and accounting concerns.
• Supervise assigned accounting personnel and provide operational support and guidance.
• Assist in audit activities, financial reviews, and compliance monitoring.
• Ensure timely submission of required accounting reports and schedules.
• Support Management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field.
• CPA designation is an advantage but not required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in an Accounting Department.
• At least five (5) years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing, agribusiness, or similar operational environment.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting processes.
• Willing to travel in Basilan if needed.
• Proficient in English and Filipino.
