At iDynamics Software, we're looking for an Accounting Software Support Executive to join our growing team.

You don't need to know everything from Day 1. We're looking for someone who is willing to learn, comfortable with technology, communicates well, and takes ownership of solving problems.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work directly with customers and our internal team to:

• Assist customers with accounting software enquiries and day-to-day system issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and basic technical issues
• Guide users on how to use the software effectively
• Understand customers' accounting and business processes and recommend the right solutions
• Assist with software setup, configuration, upgrades and related support activities
• Document issues and solutions clearly for future reference
• Work with consultants and technical teams on more complex cases
• Continuously learn new product features, accounting processes and business technology

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to meet you if you:

• Have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, IT or a related field
• Are comfortable working with computers and learning new software
• Enjoy troubleshooting and figuring out why something isn't working
• Communicate clearly and patiently with customers
• Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn
• Are responsible and follow through on issues until they are resolved
• Enjoy working as part of a team

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience with accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL Accounting, UBS, QuickBooks, Xero or similar systems will be an added advantage — but it is not compulsory.
