Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Operations & Bookkeeping: Manage full-cycle AP/AR, perform multi-currency daily bank/credit card reconciliations, process monthly compliant payroll, manage petty cash, and assist with VAT/tax filings.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow and budget reports, issue milestone-based client invoices, maintain Xero data integrity, manage physical/digital filing, and provide ad-hoc executive support.
• Customer Support & Collaboration: Field client and supplier account inquiries professionally and partner with Sales and Project Management to align financial milestones with production schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience & Software: 2+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience; advanced proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Skills & Attributes: Strong mathematical acumen with high attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English skills (Vietnamese a plus), and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
• Compliance & Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive financial data; signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required.
