Accounting Specialist

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✅ With experience in accounting and supervisory roles
✅ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
✅ Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Detail-oriented and highly organized
✅ Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
✅ Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and manage daily accounting operations
• Review accounting transactions and financial records
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform and review account reconciliations
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Guide and support accounting staff
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting concerns
