Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to manage our daily financial tracking. In this role, your primary focus will be daily bookkeeping, maintaining clean ledgers, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. You will work closely with our finance team to keep our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger by recording daily financial transactions and expenses.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts monthly.
• Prepare basic financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or standard accounting roles.
• Education: Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology
• Tools: Strong command of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables).
• Traits: High attention to detail, strong data entry accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.

We Offer competitive salary of 25,000 to 30,000
