Accounting Specialist

Daily task and Responsibilities:

1. Check email

2. Checking and posting journal entry site PCF

3. Preparation of check and print check voucher

• Supplier

• Subcon

• Payment Request (request from site)

• Urgent Request

4. Monitoring and updating Daily Cash Position

5. Communicate with the PIC via Viber or phone call.

Weekly

1. Process AP Voucher of Weekly Payroll payable to JCC

2. Encode the journal entry and tag the appropriate task in the system

• Weekly Payroll

3. Follow up collection from site PIC (Project in Charge)

4. Manage the full AR cycle, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations & email collections

5. Update cheque reference in cheque booklet

6. Update and monitor projected billing from site

7. Prepare petty cash fund (head office) summary with supporting documents for replenishment

Monthly

1. Prepare AP Voucher of Payrol, Govt Contribution & 13th moth (workers) payable to JCC

2. Encode the journal entry and tag the appropriate task in the system

• Bank Interest

• Accrual of 13th Month Pay

• Government Contribution

• Admin Salary

• Workers Salary

2. Prepare BIR Report for AVVP

• Sorting and scanned suppliers invoice

• Prepare Je's to be check by the Manager

• Email Je's with supporting documents to Atty.

3. Reconcile and update invoices (prepayments)

4. Preparation of Quarterly In-house Financial Statement with Schedules

5. Bank Reconciliation

6. ProcesS payment of BIR and email payment slip to Atty.

• BIR 619-E

• BIR 1601-EQ

7. Process payment of Govt. Remittance in Bancnet Online

• SSS

• SSS Loan

• HDMF

• HDMF Loan

• PHIC

8. Reconcile Advances, Revenue, Retentions, Accounts Receivables

9. Follow up Atty. that need to be written in the books of accountS

10. Send a copy of the payment slip for the retainer's to VR
