Accounting Specialist

GBI is a one-stop building materials company located in City of Industry, California. We are currently hiring one Accounting Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily financial transactions, payment records, and financial document organization
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliations, and expense review
• Maintain invoices, reimbursement records, bank statements, and other financial documents
• Assist with preparing tax-related and financial documents for CPA review
• Support daily accounting operations using Excel, QuickBooks, and other tools
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a U.S. university; Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Graduated within the past three years; recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
• Strong Excel skills and basic financial/data management ability
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and willing to learn
