Accounting Specialist

PG PAWN INC- Accounting Specialist

Focus: General ledger, bank reconciliation, financial report preparation, and limited PIBI report support.

Tasks:

· Record and verify daily financial transactions

· Prepare and post journal entries

· Maintain and reconcile subsidiary ledgers

· Prepare and submit daily bank statements

· Perform bank reconciliations

· Prepare monthly trial balance and supporting schedules

· Check completeness of APV, CV, and JV documentation

· Prepare monthly financial statements for review

· Handle account schedules for audit purposes

· Maintain prepayment, accruals, and amortization schedules

· Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation of accounts

· Coordinate with Accounting Manager on adjusting entries

· PIBI-related (light support):

o Prepare summary of referral fees

o Assist in insurance remittance schedule preparation (data entry only)

· Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures

· Support in system updates and automation (Odoo)

✅ Purpose: Full General Accounting role with limited PIBI data prep, ensuring balanced workload and continuity.
