We are currently looking for a dedicated Accounting Specialist to join our team!

Come help us distribute fun across the United States!

Hours of business: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours per week).

This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $52,000 - $58,000 (paid at an hourly rate)

The Accounting Specialist supports the accounting team by performing monthly reconciliations, balancing accounts, and assisting with month-end close activities. This hands-on, transactional role helps maintain accurate financial records and supports the organization’s overall financial health.

Essential Functions for the Accounting Specialist include but not limited to:

• Perform monthly account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on schedule

• Balance general ledger accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies

• Support an accurate and timely month-end close process

• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records

• Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks as needed

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant accounting experience; required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a dedicated accounting role.

• Strong written and verbal communications skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential data with integrity
