Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team and support the accounting needs of our USA & Canada clients. The role involves handling day to day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month end processes, and communicating with clients as needed.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the full accounting cycle, experience working with an ERP or accounting system, and the ability to work independently while following established processes and exercising sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day to day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Process bills, payments, journal entries, and other accounting transactions.
• Assist with account clean-ups and adjustments.
• Support payroll-related accounting activities.
• Perform month-end closing procedures.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Assist with tax and sales tax filing processes as assigned.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.
• Follow and update accounting processes and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding assigned accounting tasks.
• Assist with client implementations and other accounting projects as needed.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
