What they need
- Accounts Receivable & Billing: Manage customer collections, issue invoices, reconcile statements of account (SOA), and track aging balances.
- Accounts Payable & Processing: Process vendor invoices, monitor payment schedules, and handle cash-flow reporting.
- General Ledger & Reconciliations: Prepare journal entries, reconcile bank/balance sheet accounts, and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
- Tax Compliance: Handle local tax filings—such as VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT), and Creditable Withholding Tax certificates (e.g., BIR Form 2307 in the Philippines).
- System & Audit Support: Maintain records in ERP platforms like SAP, Xero, or QuickBooks and assist external auditors.
