What they need
Description:
Support day-to-day legal billing operations, including invoice processing and general accounts payable activities.
Monitor the legal billing inbox, responding to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries.
Deliver responsive, high-quality service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Review invoices for accuracy and confirm that negotiated discounts and agreed-upon billing arrangements are appropriately applied.
Set up and maintain legal matters within the applicable billing systems.
Assist with accounts payable projects and other operational priorities as assigned.
Experience with Brightflag or a comparable legal billing platform is a plus.
Experience with the Zip intake and orchestration platform is a plus.
